Noni fruit is harvested by hand-picking the individual fruit from the branches. Only the best fruits are chosen, only the ripe yellow and white Noni fruits. They are placed in baskets or bags or placed directly in bins for transport to the processing facility.The Noni fruit is delivered by our farmers, and generally, the fruit is used for juice production within one day of arrival. We take great pride in processing our Noni fruit in order to produce only the finest Noni juice. First, the stems are removed and the Noni fruit is washed with water.The fruit is then partially peeled and placed in a bladder press where high pressure squeezes the fresh juice from the fruit. The raw Noni juice is then filtered using a special process that retains the natural color and potency of the product. After filtration, the juice is pasteurized, cooled and immediately bottled to help preserve its high quality. Our Hawaiian Noni juice is 100% pure and contains no additives, preservatives, flavoring, or sweeteners of any kind. No fallen fruit, seeds, bark or leaves are used (which is not the case with many Tahitian Noni juice). If desired, it can easily be mixed with your fruit juice of choice, making it far more economical than other pre-flavored Noni juices on the market.
